Module A – Foundations & Data Entry

Duration: 2 hours
Format: live online

  • Understanding and customising the Excel workspace
  • Entering, editing and organising data efficiently
  • Formatting numbers and cells (currency, dates, etc.)
  • Moving and copying data accurately
  • Creating custom lists – Watch Video
  • Saving, managing and printing workbooks

Outcome: Create well-structured spreadsheets and work confidently with everyday Excel tasks.

Module B – Calculations, Sorting & Charts

Duration: 2 hours
Format: live online

  • Creating formulas for totals and calculations
  • Using essential functions (SUM, AVERAGE, etc.)
  • Sorting and organising lists of data
  • Creating charts to present information visually – Watch Video

Outcome: Calculate results accurately, organise information efficiently and present work using charts and reports.
