Terms and conditions for training courses
How to book
Bookings can be made via our website at www.ittrainingherts.co.uk. Alternatively you can book by email or telephone if online booking isn’t possible. Please email yvonne@clearwatertraining.co.uk or call 01462 222013.
Booking confirmation
Once we have processed your booking, we will send you a confirmation email with an electronic invoice. Your place is guaranteed once payment has been received. Payment should be made within 7 days of your booking, if you require credit terms special arrangements must be made by calling 01462 222013.
Payment
Payment can be made via our website at www.ittrainingherts.co.uk, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal payments. You can also make credit or debit card payments over the phone by calling 01462 222013.

Payments can be made via BACS to the following account:

Cheque Payments
Please accept our apologies, but we are no longer able to accept cheque payments except under special circumstances. If you have made arrangements with us to pay by cheque, please make it payable to "Clearwater IT Training" and send it to: 25 Oak Tree Garth, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. AL73UZ
Fees
All training courses listed in the programme are exempt from VAT. Course fees include tuition on the day/days, all relevant course materials on a USB memory stick, lunch and refreshments. Laptops will be provided for each delegate to use on the day for public scheduled courses. For bespoke courses at a customer site, arrangements need to be made for the provision of all equipment including laptops.
Special requirements
We will make every effort to accommodate special requirements that have been notified in advance. Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs, as a sandwich lunch is provided.
Joining instructions
Joining instructions including venue details and a map will be issued as part of the booking procedure. If you have not received your joining instructions three days prior to the training course, please call 01462 222013. Clearwater IT Training will not be held responsible for non-receipt of joining instructions and refunds will not be issued under such circumstances.
Course transfers
There is no charge for transferring your booking to the same course on an alternative date provided you notify us at least 10 working date before the course date, and provided there is availability on the required date. However, a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee will be payable if the notice is received less than 10 working days before the start of the original course.
Cancelling your place
Refunds are not normally given once your place has been booked, although we are happy to transfer the course to a colleague if you are able to nominate a substitute attendee. Substitutions should be received at least 48 hours prior to the course start date.
Non-attendance
If you fail to attend the course on which you are booked without giving prior notice, we will be unable to refund the course fees or offer a transfer.
Cancellation by Clearwater Training
Although courses are rarely cancelled, in the case of trainer sickness or severe weather conditions sometimes course cancellation is unavoidable. In the event of a course being cancelled by Clearwater Training, an alternative date will be offered. If no alternative dates are suitable a refund of the course fee will be made, but no compensation will be paid for any additional costs incurred.
